We offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible OMC-1 purchases. The guarantee is intended to give customers enough time to use OMC-1 consistently as part of their daily oral-care routine.
You may qualify through either of the following purchase paths:
- Purchasing at least one 90-day supply of OMC-1; or
- Purchasing three 30-day supplies of OMC-1, whether purchased separately or through a recurring subscription.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under the guarantee:
- You must have purchased at least 90 days’ worth of OMC-1.
- You must have used OMC-1 as directed throughout the 90-day period.
- Your refund request must be submitted between 90 and 120 days after delivery of your first qualifying OMC-1 order.
- The guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer.
Requests made before day 90 are not eligible because the required usage period has not been completed.
Requests made after day 120 are not eligible. No refunds are available under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee after the 120-day claim deadline has passed.

Refund Amount
Approved refunds cover the eligible product purchase price paid for the first 90 days’ worth of OMC-1 purchased under the guarantee.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee will not be approved where:
- Fewer than 90 days’ worth of OMC-1 were purchased;
- The required 90-day usage period was not completed;
- OMC-1 was not used as directed;
- The request was submitted before day 90;
- The request was submitted after day 120;
- The customer has already received a refund under the guarantee; or
- The purchase exceeds the first eligible 90-day supply period.
Subscription Orders
Receiving a refund under the guarantee does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Customers are responsible for cancelling or modifying subscriptions separately through their customer account or by contacting customer support.
Orders processed before a subscription cancellation takes effect are not automatically refundable and must independently qualify under this policy.
