Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryosta.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a structured 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • You must have purchased and used a minimum 90-day supply of the product
  • The product must be used as directed for the full 90-day period
  • You must submit your request between 90 and 120 days from the date of delivery

If, after completing the 90-day program, you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@tryosta.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Confirmation that you have completed the 90-day usage period
  • A brief description of your experience (optional but helpful)

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds apply to the product purchase price only
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Only one refund per customer may be issued under this guarantee

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made before 90 days of use
  • The request is made after 120 days from delivery
  • The product was not used as directed

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
